I 100 anni di Nino Migliori. I Manichini. Identità

From 21 January until 21 February 2026, the Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna hosts the exhibition I 100 anni di Nino Migliori. I Manichini. Identità, presented as part of ART CITY Bologna 2026 and Arte Fiera.

Curated by Enrico Fornaroli and conceived by Alessandra D’Innocenzo, the exhibition celebrates the centenary of Nino Migliori through unseen series of photographs depicting abandoned wooden mannequins. Created by Nino Migliori in 1972, the works focus on layered materials and fragments of fabric that evoke the passage of time and shifting identities.

Through these images, Migliori reflects on transformation and the body as an evolving territory, open to change.

Developed within the framework of do ut do, the show reflects on identity as an evolving process shaped by time, matter, and transformation, while supporting the Fondazione Hospice MT. Chiantore Seràgnoli.
