From October 6, 2025, to January 17, 2026, M77 Gallery opens its doors to Riflessioni, the new solo exhibition by Grazia Varisco, a leading figure in Italian visual research of the late twentieth century. This long-awaited return to the gallery’s spaces on Via Mecenate 77 in Milan comes five years after her previous exhibition, Ospitare lo spazio (2020).
Curated by Francesco Tedeschi, the project offers a contemporary reinterpretation of Grazia Varisco’s work, establishing a dialogue between her historical pieces and her most recent productions through a site-specific installation that emphasizes the relationship between space, time, and perception.
At the heart of the exhibition are two installations created for M77, in which the active and passive presence of temporary structures that govern movement through space and the perception of it generates a dynamic interplay between physicality and impermanence.
